Phygital, event technology & interactive DOOH
Systems that make physical participation visible, shareable and measurable — from an airport wishes wall to games on transit-stop screens.
What it solves
Physical and digital often run as two separate activities: a stand here, a hashtag there. People don’t see why their action matters.
We connect them, so what someone does in the space directly changes what appears on their phone or on the shared screen.
How a phygital flow works
- The visitor picks, draws, places or moves something.
- The system detects it via QR, camera, sensor, RFID or a staff interface.
- The digital experience transforms that input.
- The result appears on the personal screen or the shared big screen.
- The visitor shares or downloads it, or it changes what happens next in the space.
What we build
- QR-based participant flows
- Kiosk and touchscreen applications
- LED screen interaction and live content walls
- Camera, motion and sensor-based installations
- RFID/NFC and physical card integrations
- Real-time sync from web app to big screen
- Multiplayer event games and live leaderboards
- Outdoor, billboard and in-store media integrations
What breaks on site, and how we plan for it
- Plan for the venue: Internet, lighting, screen compatibility and setup access are checked before the design is final.
- Design for the queue: Throughput per hour and time per visitor are design constraints, not afterthoughts.
- Always a fallback: Backup devices, a local network or offline flows for the critical moments.
- Clear responsibilities: Who does what between the event agency, the AV team and Poflow is written down before opening day.
On-site projects are driven by operations as much as by software:
- Number of days and locations
- Hardware: kiosks, screens, sensors and printers (rental scoped separately)
- Real-time sync and moderation needs
- On-site technical team
- Integration with the venue, AV team and media owners
- Content production
Questions
Do you provide hardware and on-site staff?
We build the software and run technical operations on site. Hardware rental, venue power and internet, and event staff are scoped separately, and we agree responsibilities with the event agency and AV team up front.
What if the venue internet goes down?
Critical flows get a fallback — a local network, offline mode or backup devices — and we test on site before opening.
Can visitors’ content go on a big screen safely?
Yes, with real-time moderation. On the Istanbul Airport Wishes Wall, messages were moderated in real time before appearing on the live wall.
Does interactive DOOH work in busy public spaces?
Yes. For Mastercard, Istanbul transit-stop screens ran a multiplayer motion-sensor game and a trivia quiz, reaching 45M+ people with 100K+ interactions.
