Campaign Systems
Custom campaign technology that turns a creative idea into something people play, make, share or physically take part in.
What it solves
Many campaign ideas get lost between the deck and production: the mechanic is unclear, the technology is chosen too late, or the experience breaks on real phones and in real venues.
We design the experience, the product logic and the technical architecture together, so the idea that was sold is the idea that runs.
What we build
- Interactive web experiences and campaign microsites — mobile-first, opened by link or QR, no app download
- Games and playable ads with mechanics built from the product or campaign message
- AI-powered consumer experiences — personalised visuals, AI photo booths, real-time output at events
- AR, camera and computer vision — TikTok effects, WebAR, face, hand and body tracking
- QR, phygital, DOOH and installations — kiosks, LED screens, live walls, sensors, RFID/NFC
- Real-time and multiplayer systems — live leaderboards, shared screens, multi-user play
What makes a campaign idea work
- It fits in one sentence: If the idea can’t be explained in one sentence, users won’t understand it in the first five seconds either.
- People get a role: Users should play, make or choose something, not just watch.
- It belongs to the brand: If you could swap in another brand’s logo and nothing breaks, the idea isn’t finished.
- It has a lighter version: Every concept should have a lower-budget version that still works.
We don’t price by number of screens or days of coding. These are the factors that actually move the budget:
- Concept and experience design
- Technical complexity and integrations
- Expected traffic and how long it stays live
- AI and third-party service usage, shown separately
- Device and browser coverage
- Live operation and on-site support
- Timeline pressure and number of revision rounds
- Source code, IP scope and white-label terms
- Number of languages and markets
Questions
Do users need to download an app?
Usually not. Most campaign systems open from a link or QR code in the mobile browser. We test in-app browsers such as Instagram and TikTok early, because they restrict camera access and storage.
How is success measured?
We agree on metrics before building: starts, completion rate, time spent, replays and shares, and for events, participants and throughput per hour. Analytics is part of the build.
What is not included by default?
Copywriting, photo, video and 3D production, media buying, hardware rental, legal and KVKK advice, and AI API usage fees are scoped separately. We list them explicitly in every proposal.
How long does a project take?
It depends on how clear the idea is, approvals, content delivery and platform reviews. We commit to a timeline after seeing the brief and the approval flow.
